“I can’t say enough great things about McDermott Construction, but I will try to tell it all here. We had our stucco removed, new stone and siding installed, mold removed from behind bathroom shower and laundry walls- then those rooms rebuilt and repainted and front porch rebuilt.
It was so easy working with Andy McDermott and his brother, Tony. Right from the beginning, Andy set up a very informative planning meeting with my husband and me. He kept us informed of every step of the remediation process, if we had had questions or concerns, he responded and took action quickly. The workers were diligent, well-trained, non-stop and considerate. I was so impressed with their work ethic and their tolerance for extreme heat and cold. They did not “mess around,” arriving punctually, working hard until their quick lunch time, then back to work until quitting time. I rarely saw any worker hanging around on the phone or stalling. AND, they always cleaned up after themselves. Unbelievable in this day and age!
Our job required some outside contractors and experts who were also very competent. It was difficult living inside a “fishbowl” but the crew did their best to give us notifications and privacy. To top it off, the itemized punch list was completed, and they cleaned all of the windows of dust and dirt. We love our house again!”
