McDermott Construction installed 106 decks in two courts of Exton Station Townhouse Community. It was a larger project than the home owner’s association thought due to new codes from the township. Andy made himself available to every resident, answered all questions, and completed the job on time. It was the first time our Association had all residents call to congratulate her on the company she picked and the beautiful decks are a tribute to McDermott Construction.

McDermott Construction designed and built our 30’ x 50’ spacious deck with jacuzzi, one of a kind stone paver steps and a fireplace, all protected by a Pennsylvania stone retaining wall. The attention to detail and real care for a natural aesthetic was very welcome. The work was completed on-budget, on-time and it was a pleasure to work with Andy McDermott and his team.
